Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable and handmade nature of our fresh floral products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been prepared, dispatched, or delivered.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 2 hours of delivery with photographic evidence by emailing info@hanaroseco.com or via WhatsApp

Each arrangement is handcrafted and flowers are subject to seasonal availability. In the rare case a flower is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute with a flower of equal or greater value without notice.

Fresh jasmine and floral jewellery must be kept refrigerated upon delivery. HanaRoseCo cannot be held responsible for deterioration due to improper storage.
