By using this website and placing an order with HanaRoseCo, you agree to the following terms:

• All products are handcrafted to order.
• Flowers are subject to seasonal availability and may be substituted where necessary.
• Delivery dates selected by customers must be one day before the event date to ensure maximum freshness.
• Fresh jasmine and floral jewellery are highly delicate products and must be refrigerated upon arrival.
• HanaRoseCo is not liable for damage due to incorrect handling or storage after delivery.
• Bespoke orders discussed via WhatsApp are final once payment has been made.

We reserve the right to refuse service where necessary.
